1. Return and exchange rules



JIABAILIL Supermarket promises to meet the following conditions, the product can be returned within 7 days 


from the day after the customer signs for the product, and the product can be exchanged within 15 days, 


and the customer can submit an online repair application to handle the return and exchange matters.

2. Judgment standard of receiving time



(1) JIABAILIL Supermarket express delivery or self-pickup orders: starting from the second day after the customer 


actually signs for the goods;


(2) Orders not delivered by JIABAILIL Supermarket shall be subject to the second day of the actual arrival date 


displayed on the third-party logistics platform. If the third-party partner cannot effectively return the date of 


receipt, JIABAILIL Supermarket will start the calculation on the second day after confirming the actual arrival of 


the goods based on factors such as distance and the customer.



3. The following products do not support unreasonable return


(1) Personal customized products;


(2) Fresh and perishable commodities;


(3) Digital products such as audio-visual products, computer software, etc. downloaded online or opened by you;


(4) Newspaper and periodicals delivered;


(5) Goods that are not suitable for return due to the nature of the goods and have been confirmed by you at the 


time of purchase:



a. Commodities that may easily affect personal safety or life and health after unpacking, or commodities that may 


easily change the quality of goods after unpacking;



b. Commodities whose value depreciates greatly after activation or trial;



c. Commodities that are close to the expiration date and defective commodities that have been clearly stated at 


the time of sale;



d. Other products that are not suitable for return due to the nature of the product, and the product page is marked 


"not support unreasonable return" and confirmed by you at the time of purchase;



(6) There is no guarantee that the returned goods are in good condition (the goods that can maintain the original 


quality and function, and the goods themselves, accessories, and trademarks are complete are deemed to be in 


good condition).



4. No refunds and exchanges will be processed under the following circumstances



(1) Any product not sold by JIABAILIL Supermarket (the serial number does not match);



(2) Out-of-warranty products (commodities that exceed the warranty period of the three guarantees);



(3) Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid ingress, 


accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tearing up or altering labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting 


marks;



(4) The information on the three packs of certificates is inconsistent with the goods and has been altered;



(5) Other items that should not be returned or exchanged in accordance with the law.



5. Other



When returning a product, the corresponding discount obtained when the product is purchased shall be deducted 


from the refund amount of the product; when the main product with a gift is returned, the gift must be submitted 


for return. If the gift is not returned, then The main product cannot be refunded in full.
