How to refund after canceling an order:



After the online payment order (including the order using coupons, account balance, etc.) is successfully


canceled, we will provide you with the "Quick Order Refund" service. The JIABAILI SUPERMARKET refund 


processing time limit is as follows:


 


JIABAILI SUPERMARKET self-operated merchandise orders:



Before the goods are shipped out of the warehouse: If you submit a cancellation request before the goods are


out of the warehouse, 


the refund review will be completed in 30 minutes.



Before the goods are sent to the delivery station: If you submit a cancellation request before the goods have 


been shipped out of the 



warehouse and wait for the goods to be loaded and sent to the delivery station, the system will refund you 


after the goods are returned from the warehouse.



The goods are on the way to the delivery station: If you submit a cancellation request while the order has 


been loaded and sent to thedelivery station, the system will refund you after the goods are returned.



Order rejection: After the order is rejected, the system will automatically submit a cancellation request for 


you, and the system will refund you after the goods are returned. If the refund review is not completed 


within the time limit, please contact   JIAABAILI SUPERMARKET     customer service for consultation.


 


Third-party seller product order:



Third-party seller orders are subject to cancellation application and refund acceptance based onthe 


seller's  own situation.
